Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Valix mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Valix. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account and Data

Your profile data, preferences, and content are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device damage, loss, or unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

Post sexual, pornographic, or sexually explicit content.
Post violent, graphic, disturbing, or shocking content.
Promote gambling, betting, or wagering activities.
Promote illegal drugs, controlled substances, or substance abuse.
Post political propaganda, campaigning, or election interference content.
Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on any protected characteristic.
Bully, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users.
Promote terrorism or extremist ideologies.
Post fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content.
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
Distribute spam, malware, or malicious software.
Post any content that exploits or endangers minors.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant Valix a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the App. We may remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

5. Content Moderation

Valix has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We reserve the right to:

Remove content that violates these Terms.
Suspend or terminate accounts of violating users without prior notice.
Report illegal activity to law enforcement.

6. Reporting and Blocking

You may report objectionable content using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting customer@valixspace.com. You may also block users to prevent further interaction.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Valix and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all locally stored data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
